www.mobiclues.com (“Website“) is an Internet based portal owned and operated by BALAJI MOBILE HOUSE, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at SHOP NO-12 RC MARKET LUV KUSH TOWER BHANGEL , Noida,201304  Uttar Pradesh Use of the Website is offered to You conditioned on acceptance of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, along with any amendments made by Stable Retail Private Limited at its sole discretion and posted on the Website, including by way of imposing an additional charge for access to or use of a Service.

RETURN POLICY

Please do not accept any damaged product and/or the product with damaged/tampered packaging and/or the wrong (different in color/size/style/type than what you ordered) product at the time of delivery. We will provide you with a replacement within 30 days if you inform us of receipt of the Damaged/Defective product and/or packaging along with photographs of the same within 24 hours of delivery. There’s no return/exchange policy in case you change your mind about the product.

The product you want to replace/exchange must not be used prior to sending us.

A) Items to be replaced must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and

B) Please do take care to pack the items securely and safely to prevent any damage during transit. Make sure to use a reliable courier service if you self-ship the product. If the product you want in replacement/exchange is not in stock, we will send you store credits of the purchase amount that you can use to make any purchase on MOBICLUES.COM. 

If you cancel your order prior to our processing its delivery (approx. 1 hour after you place the order), we will credit the purchase amount to your account. Please check with your bank in case of any irregularity, if the amount is not credited to your account within 4 business days. If you opted for Cash-on-Delivery and you cancelled your order within an hour of purchase, your order is cancelled right away.

If you have received your COD order and made the payments, please write to us by email or call our customer support for returns, and let us know your account details such as: the Bank name, Branch, City, Account number and Bank IFSC code, to initiate the credit.

If the product you placed order for has already been delivered to you, and you change your mind to replace it with a different size/color, or with a different product, you will be charged for the shipment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse, approximately an hour from when you placed the order, by visiting My WWW.MOBICLUES.COM’ section of the website. Any amount you paid will be credited back to your My MOBICLUES account in the form of Cashback or your payment source.

Refunds Against Cancellation

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t made any payments. For payments made using a Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your My MOBICLUES.COM Cashback account immediately after your order has been cancelled. Any coupons used are also reinstated with it.

In case you want the payment you made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or net banking back to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team.

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to deliver products purchased from SRMEGADEALS in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Shipping is absolutely FREE. If the order is canceled/lost/un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount.
